2) Applicant-initiated request to amend the Official Zoning map of the City of Avon Park,Florida, amending one (1) parcel of land comprising +/-0.95 acres, on property locatedat 82 Central Avenue, from the zoning of C-4, Mixed-Use Commercial to PUD,Planned Unit Development.
