The City of Avon Park Water Department will begin draining the Bell Street water storage tank today in preparation for a scheduled inspection tomorrow. After the inspection is completed, the tank will be refilled and tested before being returned to normal service.
During this process, some residents may experience temporary changes in water pressure today and tomorrow (March 11-12, 2026).
