The City of Avon Park, Florida is soliciting proposals from appropriately licensed and qualified General Contractors to perform milling and resurfacing of Anoka Avenue in Avon Park, Florida. Such work will include but not be limited to:
• Mill and resurface existing asphalt road, as specified in the Scope of Work.
• Shoulder stabilization in select areas, as specified in the Roadway Plans.
• Existing sidewalk additions, repairs and accessibility retrofits.
The City of Avon Park will receive sealed bids at the above-listed site office address between normal business hours Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 4:00 PM, until no later than Monday, April 6, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. After which, at said office, they will be publicly opened and read out loud.
