Future Land Use Map Amendment - Applicant initiated request to amend the Future Land Use map of the City of Avon Park, Florida, amending one (1) parcel of land comprising +/-.34 acres, on property located at 910 Verona Avenue, Avon Park, from the Future Land Use of Industrial to Medium Density Residential.
2. Rezoning - Applicant-initiated request to amend the Official Zoning map of the City of Avon Park, Florida, amending one (1) parcel of land comprising +/-.034 acres, on property located 910 South Verona Avenue, Avon Park, from the zoning of I-2, Light Industry to R-2, Medium Density, Single Family Attached and Duplex.
